'There is an angel factory in the Karoo'

These magical angels are skillfully crafted by hand in two remote villages in the beautiful Baviaans region of South Africa's Karoo.

In 2019, the Karoo Angel team was challenged to create a new angel representing hope.  Little did they know then what was waiting for us in 2020 and how much the world would need a little 'hope'.  Meet Kiran, who's name means 'hope'. She is medium sized with white ostrich feathers, felted wool heads and intricately knit double copper 3D wings coated in either an amber or ivory colour.  Each angel has a coloured beaded halo with a matching ©precosia crystal leaf shaped pendant necklace.

Because her name means 'Hope', the Kiran range makes a lovely gift that can be given for a variety of occasions, including, but by all means not exclusive to, a Christmas Tree decoration

Each angel comes with a tag stating her name, the meaning and where she comes from.
