People Of The Sun is a social enterprise collaborating with artisans in Malawi.

These whimsical yet functional animal wall hooks are hand-carved from jacaranda wood and painted by hand using a lead-free paint with a matte finish. Hooks are can be used to add a whimsical touch to a gallery wall, or can be utilized as wall hooks either alone or together in a small grouping when more than one hook is necessary.

Through fostering relationships, encouraging collaboration, funding start up enterprises and offering interest-free loans, The People Of The Sun can help low income artisans build sustainable businesses that can empower the artisans, their families and their communities.
